Role & Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 production support and manage incident resolution as per SLAs
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions of the solution procedure
Manage the Vendor and development team for support tickets
Communicate planned/unplanned outages
Perform support activities to optimize application health
Perform and guide the team for application testing/p>
Project coordination with the application team
Maintain the audit compliance and participate on the audit activity
Skill Set Required & Qualification.
Prior experience in managing Lending applications (preferred MFI)
Exposure of working on LOS/LMS
Hands on experience with SDLC and exposure to application development
Knowledge of database & queries
Exposure in DR/BCP activity & drill
BE/MCA in IT/Computer Science
Exp 6-9 years
